1. About These Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Aria, an AI-powered operations platform provided by Vishverse, United Kingdom ("we", "us", "our"). By signing up or using Aria, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. The Service

Aria provides AI-assisted operations management for hospitality businesses, including tools for staff management, complaint handling, bookings, compliance, and analytics. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features at any time with reasonable notice.

3. Accounts

  • You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into contracts to use Aria.
  • You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.
  • Each account represents one business. You must not share your account with other businesses.
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Free Trial & Subscriptions

  • New accounts receive a 14-day free trial. No payment method is required during the trial.
  • After the trial, continued access requires a paid subscription.
  • Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance, in your chosen currency (GBP, USD, INR, or AED).
  • Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store card details.
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time from the Settings page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — no partial refunds are issued for unused time.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use Aria for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other accounts or our infrastructure.
  • Upload or transmit malicious code, spam, or harmful content.
  • Resell or sublicense Aria without our written permission.
  • Use Aria to process data of individuals without appropriate legal basis under GDPR.

6. AI-Generated Content

Aria uses large language models (LLMs) to generate responses, suggestions, and analysis. You acknowledge that:

  • AI outputs may occasionally be inaccurate or incomplete.
  • You are responsible for reviewing and verifying any AI-generated content before acting on it, especially for legal, compliance, or financial decisions.
  • We do not guarantee the accuracy of AI outputs and are not liable for decisions made based on them.

7. Your Data

You retain ownership of all data you input into Aria. By using the service, you grant us a limited licence to process your data solely to provide the service. We will not sell your data or use it to train AI models. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

8. Intellectual Property

Aria and all associated software, designs, and content are the property of Vishverse. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the service without our written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vishverse shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of Aria, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

10. Service Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We are not liable for downtime caused by maintenance, third-party services (Supabase, Stripe, LLM providers), or events beyond our reasonable control.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms, with or without notice. You may delete your account at any time from Settings. On termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will give you at least 14 days' notice of material changes via email or the dashboard. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
